Willian can choose to stay at Chelsea or not, says club manager Frank Lampard. His decision will be accepted by Lampard even if it ispositive or negative. The club has offered the Brazilian footballer two-year extension contract but he has demanded a three-year extension. His agent Kia Joorabchian has revealed that the player has received interests from five clubs. Arsenal and Tottenham are the two Premier League clubs speculated to be interested in the player and he has also had interest from MLS club Inter Miami.

Willian was not included in the squad against Arsenal on FA Cup final due to his injury. In the post-match session,Chelsea boss has addressed about the player’s future at the club. He hasn’t yet been informed about his decision and he is happy with his performance at the club for the current season. The player has contributed well to the club and his work ethic to the club has been great too. Even though both of them has a good relationship with each other the Brazilian haven’t yet informed about his future plans.

“But it is his choice and I respect his choice. He has been a great servant for Chelsea if he decides to move on, and if he does decide to move on then Chelsea will move on and we have to look forwards ourselves,” said Lampard.
Meanwhile, Chelsea will be looking forward to signing more players to chase down the Premier League title for the next and at the same time will be preparing for the second leg against Bayern Munich. A comeback will be difficult for the club with the German side leading for 3-0.
Lampard with the addition of two attacking players Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner he is now looking forward to strengthening his defence. He has shown the interest in the likes of Ben Chilwell and Declan Rice. He admitted the club has been conceding too many goals and it is important for the club to work as a group.
